The Courtesy Cashier is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process, and assisting with helping Service department clientele check out and pay for their service. The Courtesy Cashier communicates with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties.
Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
- Welcome the client when he arrives in the Service Area.
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
- Inform the Service Advisor of the client’s arrival.
- Introduce the client to the Advisor and explain the nature of the visit.
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
- Back up the Service Porters. Clean and wash cars as instructed.
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with Service Advisors to properly coordinate which advisor is available to meet with the next arriving client.
- Other duties may be required.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
