This position is located in our Ahmedabad, India office. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Job Summary:

As a Senior RevOps Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our sales processes, leveraging data to provide actionable insights, and ensuring the seamless integration of our sales tools and systems. Your expertise in Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, and MEDDPPIC will be essential in helping us achieve our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Leverage data from Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, and MEDDPPIC to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales tools and systems.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive revenue growth.

  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools and systems.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, and MEDDPPIC.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving revenue goals.
