The Challenge

We're accelerating our technical capabilities, and we need a world-class Technical Project Manager who can guarantee efficient delivery of multiple complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.

This is a critical leadership position that will multiply the quality of execution across our most innovative technical projects, allowing our company to be more nimble and aggressive as we commercialize and further develop our technology
We need someone to understand, coordinate, monitor, negotiate, and triage novel and high-stakes technical projects spanning multiple domains, with teammates in multiple time-zones with different working styles (e.g. scientists vs engineers).

You'll be directly responsible for ensuring our most critical initiatives move from concept to successful completion and will up-level our exceptional technical talent in the process.

  • Global Team Enablement: Adapt management approach to support a distributed, diverse team of academics and experienced engineers across international time zones.
  • Deep Project Engagement: Dive comprehensively into both internal infrastructure and customer-facing initiatives, mastering their intricate specifications and challenges.
  • Strategic Delivery Management: Ensure precise project execution through precise resource allocation; Conduct rigorous performance assessments; Implement targeted interventions with empathetic yet decisive leadership
  • Operational Excellence: Develop robust project monitoring and tracking systems; Codify best practices for scalable, independent project management; Establish a strategic on-call protocol to support technology commercialization

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Deep technical background with strong understanding of ML Development, ML Infrastructure and Software Engineering.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional technical projects
  • Exceptional ability to work across diverse teams and technological domains
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in high-growth, rapidly evolving technical environments
  • Advanced project management methodologies
  • Ability to context-switch rapidly
  • Precise execution and tracking capabilities
