Responsibilities 

• Lead a squad to build agentic AI systems that transform how customers run their businesses.
• Identify and prioritize user needs—both internal and external—to ensure your solutions address real-world challenges.
• Continuously refine and champion improvements that deliver the greatest impact for our customers.
• Maintain visibility, accessibility, and excellence for all AI-driven features.
• Shape the long-term AI vision and actively evangelize the product roadmap.
• Leverage data-driven insights for swift, informed decision-making and measurable success.

About you

You’re passionate about building AI-driven products that help customers achieve their goals and you’re eager to increase adoption by clearly communicating complex AI solutions, highlighting their real-world impact. 

With your deep knowledge of AI and industry trends, you design experiences that meet users’ needs and align with their expectations. 

You adapt your explanations to any audience, manage stakeholder expectations with foresight, and proactively share ideas—whether in writing or speaking. You thrive on cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration, excel at summing up complex information, and always focus on what matters most. We hire curious, daring, and humble people, giving them the freedom to learn and create. 

We’re far more interested in what you’ve achieved since graduating than in your degree.

Requirements

• You stay on top of emerging AI trends and are eager to integrate the latest breakthroughs into product strategy.
• You have at least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable environment, preferably with AI-driven products.
• You’re highly analytical and leverage data to guide product decisions.
• You deeply understand how business requirements shape product development.
• You excel at motivating teams and driving impactful outcomes.
• You thrive in ambiguity—comfortable launching new initiatives or turning around existing projects.
• You adeptly juggle constraints and simplify complex, technical challenges.
• You have enough technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Time management and prioritization come naturally to you.
• Your coordination skills foster seamless collaboration across teams.
• You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
