Position Summary
Senior Unity Developer
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile client and backend systems using Unity and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences.
Take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to production.
Contribute to the implementation of engineering practices, tools, and processes that enhance code quality and development efficiency.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to peers, sharing best practices and supporting team growth.
Work closely with team leads and management to shape the technical direction and influence future architecture decisions.
Requirements
4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in game development or related domains.
Strong expertise in Unity and C#, with hands-on experience building and optimizing live mobile games.
Solid understanding of client/server systems and distributed architectures.
Strong Git knowledge and familiarity with collaborative development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with live ops, social/mobile gaming, or data-driven development – a strong plus.
Motivation to take ownership, lead by example, and grow into a leadership role in the future.
