Project Manager - Planning and Delivery

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing large scale projects to join our Planning and Delivery team and support the rapid growth of LetsGetChecked as we continue to scale into the largest healthcare markets in the World. 

The role will focus on supporting a portfolio of projects within our Technology department. Projects will vary across Product Roadmap, Client Implementation and technical process improvements, where an ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at once, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage multiple large scale, complex projects at once
• Track progress weekly with clear communication to key business stakeholders
• Facilitate weekly product and technical meetings to track progress, dependencies and blockers
• Track risks and outline mitigation plans weekly and communicate with Product and tech leadership
• Facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering sessions and able to describe the level of risk associated with projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Build excellent working relationships with all leaders and teams across the organization.
• Assure the quality of product delivery. 
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced agile organization. 
• Proven multi-tasker with experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• The capacity to motivate a team.
• The ability to work under extreme pressure and strict deadlines.
• Experience working with Health Care and / or eCommerce in the past.
• Capable participant/presenter in meetings.
• Proven experience dealing with both internal & B2B external clients.
