Lendio is looking for a talented Marketing Front-End Developer with strong design chops to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality web pages, landing pages, and user experiences that drive growth.

As a key part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring attention to detail while working on a variety of platforms like WordPress and Webflow. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the product marketing and growth teams to evolve and enhance our SaaS product lines on our digital platforms to generate a healthy lead flow

  • Support the testing and optimization team in taking mock-ups and Figma files and building out the tests. 

  • Work with the creative team to take Figma files and translate them into published pages in Webflow, Wordpress or Hubspot. 

  • Partner with the SEO and Product Marketing team to migrate our website from WordPress to Webflow, balancing vital upkeep and new features while addressing the needs of major customers.

  • Ownership of deployments to front platforms, including strategies, content migration, and testing.

  • Work with product engineering to develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols, security and performance monitoring, and other approaches to reinforce platform stability.

  • Extend, improve, and maintain developer documentation.

  • Continuously monitor analytics platforms and other tooling to identify issues and ways to improve SEO performance and other key benchmarks.

  • Write, test, and review front and back-end code to improve both your and your team's work wherever possible. 

  • Be responsible for projects from requirements gathering, technical scoping, time estimation, vendor onboarding, security assessment, and full development cycle.

  • Partner with design and marketing leaders to understand, clarify, and define UX requirements.

  • Manage and work with contractors to support the development and ongoing optimization of our web properties

 

Requirements:

  •  3-5 years of experience in website development roles

  • Front-end experience in HubSpot, SendGrid, Webflow, WordPress, and Experience in Asana and Jasper a plus

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • Excellent technical skills, experience working with and developing HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Great organizational and documentation skills, including version control tools like Git..

  • Basic understanding of a/b testing, optimization, and personalization

  • In-Depth knowledge of event-based analytics

  • Experience with a/b testing platforms, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc,.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), WordPress, or Hubspot..

  • Understanding of enterprise analytics solutions, Adobe Analytics, Google 360..Ability to prioritize many different tasks and requests simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, ability to help non-technical team members understand technical concepts
