Job description 
As a Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of developers while also being hands-on with the development of our SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing leadership with technical challenges.

Your main missions will be:
70% hands-on fullstack development (NextJS/React)
30% leadership (team management, mentoring, code reviews)
Drive the design and implementation of new features
Ensure best coding practices and team productivity
Work closely with customer support on technical issues
Collaborate with the Product Manager
Report to the CTO

Key results
Within 1 month: onboarded and contributing to product development
Within 6 months: played a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our products

Preferred Experience:
8+ years of JavaScript development (NextJS/React)
Experience leading technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
Fluent in both French and English
Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup
