What we are looking for 

To further strengthen its global and sectoral footprint, L.E.K. Consulting is committed to significantly expanding its market presence, with a particular focus in Industrials. We are now looking for established, entrepreneurial Consultants and Managers to join the existing team based in Poland to further build out the Industrials footprint.

L.E.K. in Poland intends to reinforce its strong sector positions in the following: Industrial Equipment & Technology, Building & Construction, and Packaging, and are keen to develop a stronger presence in adjacent segments, e.g., Energy, Automotive, and Chemicals.  ​

Specific skills

• 4 - 7+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience ideally within the Industrials sector or with a strong preference to specialist moving forward
• Additional corporate experience in the industrial or Private Equity Industry is also appreciated
• Strong communication skills, alongside demonstrated teamwork & leadership
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with proven expertise in strategy consulting approaches
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Numerically literate, strong excel skills, and comfortable with data interrogation and reporting
• Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development and quality control of analysis
• Outstanding academic achievement
• Fluency in English and Polish, additional languages are advantageous
