Our employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on critical national security programs while working alongside some of the industry's most respected engineers, analysts, and maritime professionals.

The DDG 51 Support Team is seeking a Project Analyst to support the PMS 400D Engineering & Material Services Branch at the Washington Navy Yard. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting Navy programs, engineering documentation, and program execution. Primary Responsibilities

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track Technical Instructions (TIs) developed and submitted by Lead Yard or Follow Yard Services (LYS and FYS) from issuance to completion

  • Review, tracking, and providing feedback on Weekly/Monthly CDRL metrics on Cost Performance Indexes (CPI), Schedule Performance Indexes (SPI), alignment and adherence to Budget at Complete (BAC) compared to Estimate at Complete (EAC)

  • Identifying areas of risk based on performance of TIs and CDRLs

  • Develop meeting minutes and record action items to support PMS 400D7 Contract Office Representatives (CORs)

  • Collaborate with Configuration Management and Data Management organizations to ensure version control and process flows for TI management

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting Navy engineering, ship modernization, maintenance, or acquisition programs; OR 7+ years of relevant Navy platform experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience managing Technical Instructions (TIs), engineering documentation, or similar technical work products.

  • Experience tracking program performance, cost, and schedule metrics.

  • Knowledge of Configuration Management and document control processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
