Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ITSM System Engineer to join our team and support the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) efforts under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract. This exciting opportunity is in Naples. Italy where you will contribute to the End User Hardware as a Service (EUHWaaS) task order OCONUS.

What You'll Get to Do:
•Design and implement asset management systems and processes to efficiently track and manage the lifecycle of physical and digital assets. 
•Develop and optimize asset management tools, including software systems, databases, and tracking solutions (e.g., barcoding, RFID, IoT). 
•Collaborate with IT, procurement, and operations teams to integrate asset management systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CMMS). 
•Work closely with stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions that reduce costs, improve asset utilization, and streamline asset management workflows. 
•Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on asset management and contribute to the development of company-wide asset strategies. 
•Receive asset data from End User Hardware (EUHW) vendor, validate and import into Remedy Asset Module. 
•Receive order data from NET tool, validate and import into Remedy Asset Database. 
•Work with NMCI Seat Services team to integrate Order to Payment (OTP) process for OCONUS assets. 
•Conduct Daily, Weekly exports of relevant Remedy data for import OTP process. 
•Support NMCI Seat Services team in workflow automations for Asset Manager, Orchestrator, or NET as needed. 
•Conduct monthly audits of Remedy asset data to ensure accuracy and synchronization with NET data. 
•Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management activities. 
•Continuously assess and refine asset management strategies to align with business objectives and industry best practices. 
•Complete monthly export of Remedy data for SLR input to MSRs. 
•Provide technical expertise and training on asset management tools, systems, and best practices to internal teams.

You'll Bring These Qualifications: 
•Requires B.S. Degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
•Must be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
•Compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA Security, etc.). 
•Proficient in asset management software and systems (e.g., Remedy, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Service Now, or similar tools). 
•Demonstrated experience working with web APIs and connectors.  
•Experience with programming languages and automation. 
•Experience in system design and integration, including databases, RFID, or similar technologies. 
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets, perform performance analysis, and generate actionable insights. 
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to improve asset management performance and reduce costs. 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
•OEM network or OS Certification (CCNA, MDAA, MEAA, etc.). 
•Experience with Power BI for visual representations of large data sets. 
•Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) / Department of Navy (DoN) operating environments. 
•Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
