Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Applications Engineer to join the Power & Thermal Management division in Tuas, Singapore (Remote). The Sr. Applications Engineer provides high-level engineering expertise, project management, and commercial support for the application of Starline high amperage busduct products across customer projects. This role leads technical strategy, mentors junior engineers, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The engineer is responsible for drafting product offers, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Sr. Applications Engineer provides advanced engineering expertise and technical leadership for the application of high-amperage busduct solutions, supporting customers and sales teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role develops system layouts, prepares technical proposals, reviews specifications, and ensures solutions meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives. Responsibilities include providing technical and commercial support, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting site surveys, maintaining technical documentation, and participating in customer presentations. The Sr. Applications Engineer also leads continuous improvement initiatives, mentors junior engineers, supports project management activities, delivers product training, and serves as a key liaison between engineering, sales, customers, and installation teams.
