Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join the Integrated AV Team in Minnetonka, MN.

The Senior Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is responsible for managing all aspects of one or more product portfolios to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. This role leads lifecycle strategy for products across the Legrand AV, Connected Platforms & Ecosystems portfolio including Middle Atlantic Products (MAP), Vaddio, Luxul, C2G, and On-Q. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive portfolio performance, product improvements, ecosystem alignment, and successful end-of-life management while leading and developing Product Lifecycle Management team members.

The Senior Product Manager, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) oversees the performance and long-term strategy of multiple product portfolios within Legrand's Audio Video Division, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and portfolio optimization throughout the product lifecycle. This leadership role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve product performance, manage product transitions and end-of-life strategies, ensure data integrity and compliance, and align products with broader technology and ecosystem roadmaps. The position also provides leadership and development for Product Lifecycle Management team members while using market insights, business analytics, and financial performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
