The Project Services Designer manages technical projects, maintains technical documentation, and provides expert technical support for customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for preparing detailed cable tray takeoffs and bills of materials for electrical construction projects while serving as a technical resource for customers and sales representatives. The Project Services Designer develops custom product solutions by modifying standard offerings to meet unique customer requirements and creates detailed submittal drawings for non-standard products. Additional responsibilities include monitoring technical support communications, managing large and complex projects, maintaining technical drawing and document libraries, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date technical resources are available to support business objectives and customer needs.
