The Engineering Manager is a leadership role responsible for driving the successful development and launch of innovative products by overseeing engineering and design teams throughout the entire product lifecycle. This position manages project priorities, timelines, and resources while fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, manufacturing, quality, sales, and customer service, the manager ensures products are customer-focused, manufacturable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
