Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an NPI Manager to join the Starline Team. In this role, you will help bring innovative products to market by guiding them from development into manufacturing.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure products are launched successfully and meet customer needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, building strong relationships, and solving complex challenges. You will play an important role in improving how new products are introduced across global operations.

This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and suppliers to plan and execute product launches, coordinate project timelines, and ensure manufacturing readiness. Key responsibilities include supporting pilot builds, process validation, training, risk identification and mitigation, supplier readiness, and performance tracking across quality, cost, and schedule metrics.
