Legrand is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support engineered-to-order (ETO) projects for its Data Center Power and Control team. This role develops custom-configured cabinet assembly solutions by creating manufacturing packages, bills of materials, ERP routings, and 3D CAD designs based on customer requirements. Responsibilities include designing custom accessories and manufacturing fixtures, creating detailed drawings and engineering change notices, supporting product structures and manufacturing processes, and estimating project timelines. The Mechanical Engineer works closely with production teams to resolve issues, ensure project completion, and assist with product testing and compliance activities, including coordination with regulatory agencies such as UL.
