DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Technology team at Legendz.

Operating across gaming, sweepstakes and crypto, our platforms need to be fast, secure, scalable and always-on. You’ll take hands-on ownership of the cloud infrastructure and deployment environments that keep them running, working closely with Engineering, QA, Security, Product and Data.

What You’ll Own

• Build, maintain and optimize secure, scalable and highly available AWS infrastructure

• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code

• Manage Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native environments

• Own monitoring, logging and alerting to improve platform reliability and performance

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, bottlenecks and production incidents

• Strengthen cloud security, access controls, secrets management, backups and disaster recovery

• Support scaling during launches, campaigns and high-traffic periods

• Partner with Engineering and QA to make releases faster, safer and more reliable

• Improve our DevOps tooling, standards, documentation and automation

• Support critical deployments and incident response outside normal hours when required

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or a similar role

• Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform/CloudFormation

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or CircleCI

• Strong Linux, networking and cloud security fundamentals

• Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash or similar

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog or CloudWatch

• Understanding of DNS, VPNs, load balancing, CDNs, firewalls and Git workflows

• Familiarity with microservices and/or serverless architectures

Experience with high-availability, multi-region or high-transaction platforms is a strong advantage. Exposure to gaming, iGaming, sweepstakes, fintech, payments or crypto is particularly relevant, as is experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or blockchain infrastructure.
