  • Maintain, query, and validate the CRM and ticketing databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and automations that support the sales, service, and marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain a customer ranking system designed to maximize sales and email marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Development, and Ticket Operations to coordinate sales efforts and to build, create, and segment data within the CRM.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Perform ongoing data analysis of the university’s customer database.
  • Work with the Learfield Amplify Director of Ticket Sales & Service to grow the email subscription base, drive segmentation strategy for email campaigns, and create a data-driven sales strategy.
  • Support Learfield in tracking sponsor sales and activation statistics.
  • Leverage data within Fanbase to identify new ticketing and sponsorship prospects for the sales team.
  • Manage current and new business intelligence tools to help Learfield and athletic administration stay on the cutting edge of data and technology that can be leveraged for revenue generation.
  • Produce research studies, including but not limited to pricing analysis, survey analysis, season ticket holder retention and acquisition models, and lead scoring.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise, especially across multiple business units, to understand data and analytics needs and determine how the data and analytics team can most effectively serve them.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required: Familiarity with and working background in Salesforce, including reporting and data management.
  • Required: Experience working with a CRM, including data maintenance and segmentation.
  • 1+ years of data and analytics-focused work.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to translate knowledge and experience into business use cases and prioritized work.
  • A high level of integrity and honesty, and the ability to influence others by leading by example.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related technical field e.g. Sports Business Management, Compute Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, etc.
