As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take a leading role developing and building the infrastructure that will underpin the future of the financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, software solutions that adhere to basic engineering principles such as design patterns, SOLID, and DRY principles

• Utilizing your expertise in our engineering stack, which includes Java, Redis, message queues like Kafka and Pub/Sub, Kubernetes (K8s), and job schedulers

• Shipping technically robust, scalable, and extendable platforms by applying best practices and ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration

• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to ensure optimal system performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Scripting, REST

• Must have Lead Technical Teams 

• Must have an understanding of how to design and develop complex features

• Experience working on open source standards and APIs

• Experience on CI/CD and Devops systems and processes.

• To be self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy, with a desire to take complete ownership of the product from inception to deployment

• Experience working in startup environments

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Open Banking
