Responsibilities
- Software and hardware installation
- Workstation deployment and redeployment
- System Backup and Data recovery operations
- Security policy enforcement and maintenance
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
- IT asset administration
- Maintaining, Upgrading and Configuring Operating Systems
- Resolve problems reported by end users
- Basic network and server update and administration
- Research and make recommendations on latest trends
- Vendor interface and order placement/tracking
Requirements
- Windows 10 Operating System
- Windows Server 2012 and 2016
- Windows PowerShell
- Active Directory User, Computer, and Group administration
- DNS and DHCP configuration
- Group Policy Management
- Folder sharing and permissions
- Firewall and VPN administration
- VOIP system administration
- Networking and virtualization concepts
