Responsibilities

• Author realtime cinematics and interactive dialog sequences in our proprietary engine
• Develop junior talent through artistic feedback sessions and performance review cycles
• Develop and enforce standard practices for an evolving pipeline and toolset
• Design features to keep our workflows and technology on the competitive edge

Requirements

• The ideal candidate would have 3+ years in an artistic role with a focus on visual storytelling either in games or animation
• A strong sense of cameras, staging and storytelling
• Interest in film and long form media
• Dedication to growing an artist in parallel with growing as a lead.
• Experience with 3D authorship

Nice to Haves

• 1+ years experience leading or coordinating a team of artists
• Experience in a game engine
