As a Backend Developer, you aren't just writing endpoints, you are a Systems Architect. You will bridge the gap between complex algorithmic logic and highly available cloud infrastructure. 🚀 1. Core Logic & Backend Architecture (50%)
- Language-Agnostic Excellence: Write clean, highly logical code in your language of choice (Python, Golang, etc.). We care deeply about your first-principles problem-solving approach, not just syntax memorization.
- API & Database Mastery: Design, build, and optimize robust APIs and database architectures capable of handling massive data throughput to support our AI agents.
⚙️ 2. Cloud Scale & Microservices (30%)
- Cloud-First Resilience: Leverage your cloud application experience to build distributed, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Microservices Evolution: Architect and transition complex features using microservices architecture to support high-velocity, independent execution workflows.

- Backend Foundation: 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience building out robust APIs, database structures, and cloud-based applications.
