Joining our Quality team is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving world-class standards. You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do

1.Responsible for handling of customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely response, analysis, and closure.

2. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to conduct thorough root‑cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

3. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to eliminate repeated issues and prevent future recurrence.

4. Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization, and cross‑product learning to enhance organizational knowledge and consistency.

5. Consolidate, analyze, and present quality performance metrics in global and site-level review forums.

6. Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing processes.

7. Ensure manufacturing processes—and final products—consistently meet internal quality standards and customer/regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree. 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field.
• Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit.
• Possess RCCa, 8D, statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in clean room environment.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
