The impact you’ll make

Lam Research is seeking highly enthusiastic and motivated individual with 8+ years of good technical problem-solving skills to work on the Enterprise Analytics platform. We are searching for applicants who are able, willing, and excited to learn all about Analytics and perform in a fast-paced Agile/rapid solution development environment.

What you’ll do

• Primary focus on analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of Advanced Analytics projects in Power BI/SQL technologies/methodologies
• Assist in the delivery of quality solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data factories, and related technologies.
• Design and implement custom reports, tiles, dashboards for internal and external consumption.
• Perform data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for visualization
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance related issues in dashboards and analytics applications
• Prepares and manages project documentation: technical design and technical specification.
• Works with business unit functional teams in resolving Data and reporting issues
• Prepares code documentation in support of program development. Creates and maintains system specification and sub-system specification documentation
• Works with BSAs and other developers during the development and implementation of required functionality.
• Enable self-service analytics adoption across teams
• Integrate and automate workflows using Power Apps & Power Automate.

Who we’re looking for

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL and Power BI system implementations in a cross-functional environment.
• 8 + years of experience in building complex dashboards and applications in data visualization tools like Power BI, tableau etc.
• 5+ years' experience in developing large scale Power BI models, visualizations, and custom measures. Strong proficiency and expertise in DAX.
• 5+ years of strong T-SQL/SQL/python Script experience along with data modeling and data warehousing
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modeling, with experience using various tooling (Azure, On Premises, Power BI)
• Strong experience in optimizing and troubleshooting the dashboards and providing the recommendation on the design
• Ability to work independently and must be able to articulate and successfully implement proposed solution
• Problem solving skills and excellent communication & presentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)

Preferred qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Direct Lake, etc.), Data Engineering, AI Ready model preparations and Copilot/Agents.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
