Als Konstrukteuer:in bei LAM entwerfen, entwickeln, modifizieren und integrierst du Automatisierungs- und Robotiklösungen und designst neue elektromechanische Konzepte für neue Produktlinien.Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Konstruktion und Testen von Komponenten, die Erstellung von Test- und der Validierungsplänen von Baugruppen und kompletten Maschinen. Darüber hinaus tragst du zur Verbesserung von Fertigungs-, Verarbeitungs- und Produktionsanlagen bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Konstruktion (3D und Funktionsbeschreibung) und Analyse mechanischer und mechatronischer Systeme, einschließlich Bewegungssteuerung
• Mitarbeit in allen Phasen der Automatisierungsentwicklung: Anforderungsdefinition, Design/Analyse, Test, Integration und Überleitung in die Serienfertigung
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (Software, Steuerungstechnik, Lieferanten und Fertigung)
• Entwicklung von Steuerungssystemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareteams
• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Prototypenfertigung und Fehleranalysen unter Anwendung von Methoden wie 5-Why und 8D sowie Charakterisierung und Validierung der Designleistung
• Erstellung von Berichten und technischen Präsentationen zur klaren Kommunikation von Designabsicht, Bewertung und Validierung gegenüber einem vielfältigen Publikum im Rahmen von Design-Reviews
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen laut LAM-Standards und Unterstützung des Produkt-Lifecycle-Managements

Wen wir suchen

Mindestqualifikationen

• HTL/Bachelor/Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau/Mechatronik/Automatisierungstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der mechanischen und mechatronischen Grundlagen, der Bewegungssteuerung sowie von CAD-Werkzeugen (z. B. Solid Edge, Siemens NX o.ä.)
• Praktische Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Versuchswesen kombiniert mit soliden ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Kenntnissen

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie
   
• Vertrautheit mit SEMI-Standards
   
• Strukturierte Problemlösung mit Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement
   
• Erfahrung mit Simulationsprogrammen wie z.B. Matlab oder Python

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
