Join Labelbox as a Machine Learning Support Engineer, where you'll be the frontline of customer success, providing expert guidance and technical support to help users get the most out of our platform. You will work directly with customers via live chat and other channels, resolving technical issues, offering proactive solutions, and ensuring seamless adoption of Labelbox’s AI-assisted data labeling tools. Your role will be pivotal in empowering customers to create high-quality training data, refine AI models, and drive innovation in the field.

• Help customers deeply learn Labelbox's product and prepare them for new features, increasing efficiency in AI-assisted data labeling.
• Understand customer success and help them achieve it, impacting their ability to produce high-quality training data and develop AI models.
• Propose creative solutions to address customer business problems, contributing to shaping the next generation of AI models.
• Represent customers during internal discussions, driving industry innovation by understanding evolving data needs.
• Monitor customer experiences and work with teams to provide effective support tools.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex customer requests or projects, coordinating additional resources as needed
• Empathy, patience, and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and articulate new technologies and their value.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Creative problem solver with a hands-on approach
• Experience with support tools such as Intercom, GitHub, Jira, and similar platforms
