Labcorp is seeking a Software Engineer, RPA to join our team at Ground Floor, Unit No. GR 1 - Akruti Softech Park, Road No. 21, Near Passport Office- Mumbai.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday – 11am- 8pm General Shift

Job Description:

  • Learn to identify new process automation opportunities and assist in analyzing and estimating feasibility.
  • Support in understanding and documenting business processes in detail.
  • Assist in identifying and communicating basic technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Learn to design RPA solutions using Blue Prism in line with standard design principles and best practices.
  • Configure simple Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles under guidance.
  • Help create and maintain solution documentation.
  • Support existing automation processes and assist in implementing changes through a structured change control process

Special Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of RPA concepts and interest in learning Blue Prism (v6+).
  • Willingness to learn how to create Business and Process Objects in Blue Prism.
  • Familiarity with basic programming concepts (e.g., C#, Visual Basic, or any .NET language) is a plus.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and interest in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Eagerness to learn about Control Room functions like Scheduler and Queue Management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Technology
  • Current or Prior Labcorp Intern experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in RPA
