Senior QA Automation Engineer

Skills - Must Have

• Experience in functional testing of web-based applications

• Analyzing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.

• Experience in selenium with Java/Python/C#

• Experience in BDD framework

• Experience in testing Web APIs including REST, xml based using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, REST Assured etc.

• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.

• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

• Worked in Waterfall or Agile methodologies

• Should have strong exposure to web and non-web based application testing and related tools

• Good Communication Skills, written & speaking.

• Proficient in creating and executing SQL queries

• Familiarity with tools such as Git, ALM/Jira/Bugzilla, Rally

• Experience in Selenium with Java/Python/C# language for web-based automation

• Experience in creating automation framework from scratch

Skills - Nice to Have

• Sound knowledge of creating documentations/artifacts related to testing 

• Knowledge in deployment of Java based applications

• Experience in performance testing using various tools.

• Awareness of QA metrics like rejection ratio, defect leakage, pass rate etc.

• Experience in BDD framework

Experience:

5-7 years of experience required

Qualification:

B.Tech/ Engineering in computer science or MCA required
