Data Programmer

Essential Job Duties: ♦ Lead data management during start up. ♦ Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units. ♦ Manage all client queries. ♦ Assist in identification and initiation of process improvement activities. ♦ Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards. ♦ Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance. ♦ Ensure uninterrupted client service. ♦ Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity. ♦ Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day to day activities as assigned. ♦ Mentoring of new hires. ♦ Quality review of team work for simple to moderate tasks. ♦ Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation. ♦ Ability to support as an SME for training requirements. ♦ Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team. ♦ Represent team in department level meetings ♦ Other duties as assigned by management.
