About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across our high-profile NDS Program. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer’s specifications, budget and timeframe requirements. 

Reporting to regional program director, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle. Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to: coordinating project milestones to align with available resources, measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets, financial reporting for executive review, assisting with bids & proposals and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation. 

About you

To be successful in this role, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

• Proven experience in a Program Manager role

• Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite 

• Financial management and budgeting

• Safety and risk awareness in project execution

• Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcing

• Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experience
