About the role

As a UI/UX Software Engineer Intern, you will work within our Product and Development teams to bridge design and engineering. Your role will focus on developing dynamic interfaces, integrating GenUI/AI, and creating data-driven dashboards and user flow mappings to enhance user experience.

Location: Poland
Duration: 6 months

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Interface Development with Figma and React: Collaborate with UX designers to translate prototypes into performant and accessible (a11y) React components, ensuring seamless interaction and high fidelity between designs and code.

• Data-Driven Dashboard Creation: Develop and implement reporting dashboards that allow users to interact with and visualize key financial data intuitively.

• GenUI/AI Exploration: Integrate generative UI/AI techniques to create adaptive, intelligent user interfaces that evolve based on user behavior and data insights.

• User Flow Mapping and Menu Structure Optimization: Build and optimize user flow diagrams and menu mapping for improved navigation, leveraging analytics to refine and simplify complex journeys.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure the successful translation of UX concepts into high-performance components and to integrate design improvements into our platform.

Expectations:

• Education: Final-year student in computer science, software engineering, or related field with a focus on UX, UI, or front-end development.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in React, Javascript/Typescript, CSS/styled-components, and Figma, with an interest in generative design techniques and AI-driven user interfaces. Knowledge on functional react components lifecycle with hooks and state management (states and reducers).

• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solver, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
