The Role

Kyndryl busca incorporar 2 perfiles SRE en el Servicio de Arquitectura Avanzada para mejorar la resiliencia y continuidad de las infraestructuras de uno de nuestros clientes del sector bancario.

Estos perfiles ayudarán a resolver problemas complejos y liderar planes de acción técnicos para asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios.

Sus responsabilidades incluyen:

• Elaboración de análisis de problemas (RCAs) y valoración de requerimientos especiales.
• Análisis de cambios importantes y evolución de modelos de automatización y estándares del servicio.
• Propuesta y acuerdo de una metodología integrada de trabajo con Arquitectura del banco.
• Implementación y mantenimiento de un mecanismo operativo para la obtención y mantenimiento del conocimiento tecnológico.
• Liderazgo técnico en el análisis de la causa raíz y planes de acción en incidencias de alto impacto.
• Colaboración en el diseño y ejecución de nuevos despliegues o evoluciones de la infraestructura, enfocándose en la resiliencia, adecuación a Best Practices, y optimización de estándares.
• Aplicación de metodología SRE para garantizar la explotación óptima de las soluciones tecnológicas.
• Mantener interlocución directa con las áreas de Arquitectura y Desarrollo del banco para aportar ideas y consejos en nuevos proyectos y estrategias.

Who You Are

El servicio se cubrirá con 2 perfiles expertos (+10 años experiencia) en arquitecturas estándar en entornos de Banking & Financial Services.

Los arquitectos provistos por Kyndryl contarán con amplios conocimientos en el ámbito de las infraestructuras y middleware, como por ejemplo:

• Conocimientos JEE y Frameworks más habituales en el mercado (SOAP/REST, Java Web Services, Spring Boot, JMS, XML, JSON...)
• Experiencia en tecnologías de entorno bancario “clásico” y su evolución hacia Cloud Providers (Azure)/Entornos K8’s:
• Frontend Windows/Linux
• Virtualización
• Middleware - Web (Apache, IIS...), AS JEE (Tomcat, WAS,...), Tecnologías de Integración (ActiveMQ, MQSeries,...), BD (Oracle/DB2)
• Backend mainframe (IMS/DB2)
• Infraestructura Comms/LB

Se requerirá disponibilidad para realizar guardias dos veces al mes cubriendo cualquier incidencia de alto impacto que pudiera producirse.
