The Role
As part of our ongoing transformation, Kyndryl is looking for it a Cyber security practice leader.
In this role you will be a senior member of the Country leadership team responsible for developing, accelerating and leading Security , Cyber resiliency and Network practices. Kyndryl has more than 7,500 Cyber resiliency experts across consult and managed services globally with a GTM model led by Consulting in the disciplines of Security assurance and risk management services , Zero trust services , SOC modernisation consulting and Resiliency services
You will be responsible for achieving revenue and profit growth across all aspects of the practice, growing our client base and driving year on year revenue , profit and signings by building a customer-centric mindset with prior experience of ‘baking and building’: creating leading go to market strategies, building and developing a consult led organization. You will be a business leader who dares to have that business conversation, accountable for building market presence, strategy, and a compelling portfolio of services. Business with a strong track record of growth , and strong client loyalty
The role is a strong externally facing role that requires leading from the front with customers and teams in the field. You will work closely with not only our Country Leadership, but the account teams, delivery teams, and cross practice teams. Responsible for achieving the practice's Country business and financial goals, your activities include long-term strategic planning; leading go to market and growth. Being the external thought leader for the practice with our Customers, media, press and analysts, you will execute the policies of the practice, allocate its resources and make decisions regarding diversification to accomplish the organization's vision.
As a senior Leader you will bring a strong network of C-suite customers with you and continue to foster strong relationships with all segments of the market and bringing industry perspectives and insights into desired solution-oriented customer outcomes. As the established leader in Cyber resiliency and Network services, Kyndryl gives you the opportunity to grow your existing knowledge and account management capabilities.
As Practice General Management, you will play a critical role in driving the success and sustainability of the practice at Kyndryl. You will be accountable for achieving both operational and financial goals, ensuring that the practice meets and exceeds its objectives. Your leadership will be essential in controlling, directing, and actively participating in the activities of the practice, guiding a team of managers and supervisors to perform at their highest potential.
You will engage in long-term strategic planning, helping to define the future direction of the practice and establishing key initiatives that will drive growth and success. This role involves setting and determining policies that will shape the practice’s operations and ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to maximize efficiency and impact. You will also be responsible for making critical decisions regarding growth, diversification, and other strategic priorities that align with the organization’s overall vision.
Additionally, you will cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the practice. Your focus will be on balancing the practice’s short-term needs with its long-term ambitions, fostering an environment where teams can thrive and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your ability to lead through complexity, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and inspire a shared commitment to success will be essential in ensuring the practice remains competitive and forward-looking in a rapidly changing landscape.

Who You Are
Prior experience in the following are pre-requisites:
a. You will demonstrate a strong track record of achieving revenue and profit growth and of leading an organisation that has achieved significant results and reputation in Nordics
b. Demonstrate a strong track record and reputation of leading cyber -resiliency consulting engagements at ‘C’ suite level across different market segments and verticals
c. Acting as a thought leader in the Market, with experience selling or consulting in more than one vertical (Financial Services , Industrial , healthcare , retail , transport , Public)
b. Be able to demonstrate a client centric mindset and experience across the Cyber resiliency and Networking domains
Day to day responsibilities include :
-Working proactively with every client and client facing team to help them:
a. Develop the strategic roadmap cyber resiliency and security on their each account.
b. Initiate and conduct opportunity identification workshops and execute the plan to grow revenue share in that client relationship
c. Help win and grow new customers (leveraging your ‘C-Suite’ network and Kyndryl’s strong capability and reputation .
- Expand and lead a team of experts (direct and virtual, tech and sales) to
a. Drive expertise for our clients in various Cyber security , resiliency and network , methodologies and frameworks
b. Execute at scale consult and project transformations for our clients
c. Achieve new Logo customer signings to Kyndryl .
- Own Kyndryl NORDICS partner relationships for the major technology partners
a. Technology partners like Cisco, Elastic , Splunk , Dell , Veritas , Rubrik etc.
b. Services partners that can be leveraged for niche skills
c. Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, and Google)

Required Skills and Experience
•Extensive experience in a strategic technology function translating business needs, creating strategic options, and driving the design and execution of large-scale transformations
•Ability to create effective relationships and to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels, internally and externally
•Ability to partner across business and shared services to prioritize the immediate needs today and in the future for a competitive business that reflects the new operating model
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Expertise in Data and AI technologies
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
