Kyndryl is engaged in system construction and delivery for our client companies.
We, Service Excellence department, are engaged in activities to maintain and improve delivery and project quality so that Kyndryl's construction and delivery projects can serve our clients without system incidents or project execution problems. As a member of the department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

- Cross-manage the quality of Kyndryl's projects and analyze and implement measures to maintain and improve quality
-Manage the quality of the India Center for Japan operations
-Participated in the proposal phase of the project and implemented ITIL-based service management processes

[Working environment]
- Mainly working from remote, but may come into the office based on needs.

- Flexible work style with discretionary work.

Who You Are

• 英語によるメールやミーティングでのコミュニケーション

• ITIL Foundation以上の資格（入社してから研修受講・資格取得も可能です）
• 品質管理関係の業務経験（他業界での経験も歓迎です）
• 5年程のプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験

- Able to take on challenges in new areas with a positive attitude
- Have good communication skills with the ability to talk and coordinate extensively within the company across departments

[Required Skills and Experience]

English communication in emails and meetings

[Preferred Skills and Experience]

- ITIL Foundation or higher certification (training and certification can be obtained after joining Kyndryl)
- Experience in quality management related work (experience in other industries is also welcome)

- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management
