Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
Prior experience of at least 5 years involved in Application/Data center migration programs need to have experience in at least 4 of the below areas:
Experience with one or more relational and non-relational data stores (e.g. Hadoop, Object Stores, MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), Data Lake and Data Fabric concepts.
Experience with one or more Data Platform like Cloudera, Elastic, Teradata with professional certification.
Experience with distributed systems (e.g., microservices, Virtualization) and cloud infrastructure for large scale data warehouse, data lakes, data fabric
Experience with data migration strategies and moving large scale production systems either in on-premise/data center environments or migration to cloud scenarios.
Experience with Azure, AWS and/or GCP migration solutions on Data Platform.
Applied Journey to Cloud Transformations (to IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) strategies and principles
Experience with Database Engines (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, etc.).
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
Experience working with one or more cloud databases such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDb, ElastiCache, CloudSQL, Datastore, Firestore or Cloud Spanner.
Experience with Observability software like Dynatrace.
Java/ Javascript / Ruby on Rails Experience in Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift, EKS, AKE, GKE, vanilla K8s), Jenkins, any CICD too -Virtualization Infrastructures (Hyper- V, VMWare, etc.).
