The Role

Are you an experienced DevSecOps Architect looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of software development? Look no further than Kyndryl, where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as you lead the design and development of cutting-edge software applications.    

As a DevSecOps Architect at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating technical blueprints, defining product/solution architecture, and developing the technical specifications for our projects. You'll be a key player in integrating the features of our software applications into a cohesive and functioning system.

Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

You will be responsible to define the technology stack and integration points with existing applications of the bank. Ensure the solution adheres to best practices in security, compliance, and DevOps. You'll conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure alignment with the design, and for any vulnerabilities in design. Ensure incorporation of best-in-class tooling in DevSecOps, enabling tracking of any tools or technologies that need to be incorporated. Coordinate with bank stakeholders to define and design infrastructure required to build the DevSecOps solution. Required to work from Belapur, Navi Mumbai location.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7 years or more of experience in software architecture and design, with at least 2 years focused on DevSecOps.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing largescale, secure, and reliable systems for BFSI clients.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture, system architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and security best practices.

• Design the architecture of the DevSecOps solution, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for each bank application to be onboarded .

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (4year) in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering or MCA or MSc IT/Computer Science Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in architectural design tools and methodologies.
