The Role

Buscamos un Technical Solution con experiencia en Appian, responsable de liderar la implantación y evolución de soluciones basadas en esta tecnología dentro del área de Payments para un cliente del sector bancario de primer nivel.

Responsabilidades principales

• Liderar proyectos end-to-end sobre plataforma Appian, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazos y calidad

• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente, gestionando expectativas y reporting de avance

• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (desarrollo Appian, analistas de negocio, QA, integraciones)

• Definir y supervisar el diseño funcional y técnico de soluciones basadas en Appian

• Asegurar la correcta implementación de procesos BPM en entornos críticos de Payments

• Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y posibles desviaciones del proyecto

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares del cliente y buenas prácticas de desarrollo en Appian

Who You Are

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa como Jefe de Proyecto en entornos tecnológicos, preferiblemente con Appian (gestión de 2/3 personas mínimo)

• Conocimiento sólido en Business Process Management (BPM) y modelado de procesos

• Experiencia en proyectos dentro del sector bancario, idealmente en Payments

• Capacidad para gestionar interlocución con cliente en entornos exigentes

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos distribuidos

• Valorable certificación en Appian
