The Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

As an Infrastructure Architect, Develop and maintain integrations between departmental systems and external applications (e.g., land records, payment gateways, Aadhaar). Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements. Document integration processes and workflows. Gather and document business processes, requirements, and use cases. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirement traceability. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with departmental goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 6+ years of experience in integration 

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT 

• 3+ years in public sector system integration 

• Hands-on with API gateways like Mule, API Setu etc , message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) 

• Should have worked on Aadhaar/eKYC, DigiLocker, or similar integrations 

• Understanding of secure transmission protocols and audit logs essential

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• MS Project or other Project Management software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
