This role combines structured project delivery with operational and leadership support, helping ensure priorities are clearly defined, work is coordinated effectively, and execution proceeds with discipline and momentum. The Project Manager, CDR Operations is critical to turning strategy into aligned, measurable execution across CDR, supporting sustained progress on priorities across functions.

Day to day Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned CDR initiatives, from planning through close‑out

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies

  • Drive day‑to‑day execution, ensuring work progresses as planned and issues are addressed proactively

  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change control to maintain delivery commitments

  • Partner with functional leaders to coordinate resourcing, sequencing, and delivery readiness

  • Track and document key decisions, risks, and trade‑offs impacting delivery

  • Produce regular, concise updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Escalate issues appropriately when timelines, scope, or outcomes are at risk

Leadership Enablement & Operating Cadence

  • Support the operating rhythm of CDR leadership teams, including structuring and prioritizing agendas, aligning stakeholders ahead of key discussions, and ensuring timely follow‑up on decisions and agreed actions

  • Drive preparation and alignment for monthly business reviews, including developing substantive content, ensuring message clarity, data integrity, and consistency of narrative, and coordinating inputs across functions and teams

Stakeholder Coordination & Strategic Execution

  • Advance strategic initiatives through structured collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven insights

  • In partnership with CDR lifecycle leadership, liaise with service line and functional leaders to ensure consistency in processes, reporting, and performance measurement, and support coordinated execution across capabilities and regions

  • Serve as a connective conduit across capabilities, ensuring alignment, coordination, and message consistency

Delivery Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply consistent project management disciplines to support predictable, high‑quality execution

  • Facilitate project management and organizational change efforts that drive cost efficiency, scalability, and delivery effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve clarity

  • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to support process improvement, automation, and improved ways of working

What Success Looks Like

  • Strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, structure, and follow‑through

  • Lifecycle leaders are supported with strong preparation, alignment, and execution rigor

  • Stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions

  • Project delivery risks are identified early and actively managed

  • Execution across CDR feels coordinated, predictable, and outcome‑focused

Essential Traits

  • Experience supporting leadership teams, operating cadences, or business reviews in addition to formal project delivery

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, data, or regulated services environments

  • Demonstrated experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies

  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, executable project plans and drive delivery to completion

  • Hands‑on experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials

  • Experience influencing outcomes and driving alignment without direct authority

Prerequisite

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience managing projects or initiatives in professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly complex, matrixed environments

  • Familiarity with waterfall, hybrid, or Agile delivery approaches and common PM tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ADO)
