Hey Kroll superstars! Are you ready to dive into the world of Mergers & Acquisitions with Kroll's amazing team? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Team as Interns. 

Our Technology M&A Advisory practice has completed more than 300 M&A transactions over the past 15 years. Our strength stems from our deep domain expertise across enterprise software and other key sub-sectors of technology, our extensive transaction experience, our tenured relationships with strategic buyers and private equity firms, and our global reach.

Navigating Responsibilities

• Research and analyze software industry and company information
• Perform financial analyses, including comparable transaction and public company analysis
• Build detailed financial models, incorporating operational and cash flow forecasts
• Draft teasers, information memorandums and other marketing documents
• Research and develop potential strategic technology sector and private equity buyer lists
• Manage transaction logistics, including update documents, administer data rooms, organize calls/meetings, etc.

The Ideal Candidate

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Current Degree Pursuit: Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics or engineering. Holding an MBA will be valuable.
• Demonstrated interest in and awareness of technology sector trends and developments
• Demonstrates an understanding of financial statement analysis, the merger & acquisition process, and company valuation techniques 
• Task Prioritization:Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment. 
• Analytical Thinker: Detail-oriented thinker with quick evaluation skills. Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities 
• Language Skills: Excellent written and speaking English
