Description

We’re looking for an Intern, Project Monitoring who will join the Building Consulting Unit.

Day-to-day responsabilities:

  • Performing Project Monitoring and Construction Cost Control, Due Diligence activities
  • Inspection the construction site, analysis of the construction documents and permission, analysis of the respect of construction procedures, interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
  • Reporting and presenting technical analyses and conclusions including written reports and technical data processing

Essential traits:

  • Bachelor: Architectural or Engineering or Master in Real Estate
  • Interest in Real Estate Construction
  • Fluent in English
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe, BIM
  • Predisposition to team work and problem solver skills, focus on targets, able to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
  • Inspiration of trust and participation in change through motivation and enthusiasm.
