The Technology & System Integration (TASI) team sits within KPMG’s Mid- Market & Private Advisory division, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to mid-market clients. Our team specializes in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native integration architectures using platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, and Azure Integration Services. We work in agile, cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions—from strategy and design to deployment and support—enabling clients to unlock the full potential of their digital ecosystems.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect to join our team. This senior role combines architectural authority with delivery leadership, ensuring that integration solutions are designed, governed, and delivered to achieve exceptional outcomes.

You will shape integration strategy, define and own architecture, and lead delivery teams through complex, large-scale engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will balance strategic design, governance, and delivery oversight to ensure success..

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive system integration strategies aligned to business and customer priorities.
  • Own the overall design of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Define and enforce integration patterns, frameworks, and delivery guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Translate business needs into practical, future-ready integration solutions.
  • Lead project scoping and planning, ensuring delivery teams are structured for success.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to resolve blockers, monitor progress, and keep delivery on track.
  • Ensure integration solutions meet quality standards and are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Maintain a healthy and up-to-date integration catalogue, documenting solutions and promoting reusability across the organization.

You stand out because you:

  • Deep experience architecting and designing integration platforms and solutions using MuleSoft or similar technologies.
  • Strong expertise in event/message-based integration patterns and platforms such as Kafka, Solace, or equivalent.
  • Experience in IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in an integration solution architect and delivery leadership role, successfully delivering complex integration projects.
  • Deep understanding of integration concepts, architecture, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to define system integration strategies and lead overall architecture.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong business acumen to translate requirements into practical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience maintaining documentation and promoting solution reusability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in integration architecture and technologies preferred.
