Reimagine Lending Decisions with Data

Lending decisions in commercial banking involve a complex combination of credit evaluation, data analysis and operational judgment.

Many of these processes still rely on manual analysis and fragmented systems.

Kotak’s Commercial Banking division is investing in building data-driven credit journey products that help underwriters make faster, better-informed decisions.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to build products that support underwriting and credit decision making across the lending lifecycle.

These products will help credit teams:

• access structured risk insights
• integrate external financial data
• identify early portfolio risks
• evaluate credit decisions more efficiently

This role focuses on building products that improve how lending decisions are made.

Underwriting Decision Support Tools
Products that provide risk insights and structured data for credit teams.

Products that structure how underwriting decisions move through operational processes.

What You Will Do

Define Product Roadmap
Own the roadmap for credit decision support systems.

Work with Credit Teams
Collaborate closely with underwriting and risk teams to understand decision frameworks.

Build Data-Driven Products
Work with analytics and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Improve Decision Efficiency
Design products that reduce manual analysis and improve consistency.
