Job Description: Manager (M3) / Senior Manager (M4) - Dashboard & PL Business Analytics

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified analytics professional with 3-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Dashboarding, and Analytics. The role's primary responsibility will be to develop, automate, and manage business dashboards while partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL and Power BI skills, have experience in dashboard lifecycle management. Exposure to Business Analytics, Decision Tree concepts and banking domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Automation (Primary KRA)

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries on Amazon Redshift.
• Build automated reporting solutions to minimize manual intervention.
• Ensure timely release and maintenance of dashboards with high data accuracy and quality.
• Develop and track business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements.
• Drive adoption of dashboards by providing user support and training where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration and reporting requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

Required Skills

Must Have

• 3-8 years of experience in Analytics, MIS, BI, or Dashboarding roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with Amazon Redshift or other data warehouse platforms.
• Strong expertise in Power BI including: 
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

• Understanding of Decision Trees and basic analytical techniques.
• Experience in Business Analytics and Insight Generation.
