The Position  

As Team Lead you will be responsible for a larger international team of 10 people. The team consists of experienced project controllers/administrators located in both Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The team is responsible for ensuring that the overall financial forecast for elevator installation projects is followed and that the ongoing operational financial processes are continuously carried out. This involves financial analyses, accounting of actual data, management of project documentation and invoices, as well as continuous monitoring of payments. The work is mainly handled in SAP.

The role is newly established and you will be given a great opportunity to be a driving force in developing and implementing new frameworks and guidelines to create a common way forward for the team. On top of the team lead responsibilities, you would also work approx. 50% of time operationally.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a relevant University degree. To be successful, we believe that you have at least 2-3 years’ experience from a leading role. We are looking for a stable, positive and confident leader with an ability to navigate and reach out in the business through good communication. Your leadership style is forward-leaning and characterized by drive, initiative and a strong desire for development. In the selection process we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• BSc or MSc in relevant field
• 2-3 years leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience of working effectively in a matrix organization is a benefit.
• Previous experience in SAP is a benefit
