Senior Manager, Project

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
• Accountable for project financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management.
• Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance.
• Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions.
• Responsible for actively driving sales-to-operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to customer and maintenance as well as project closing activities.
• Ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer.
• Ensure the business success and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure project employees and subcontractors to follow KONE's and Customer’s safety and relevant policies as well as statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences.
• Manage and lead the full chain project team.
• Manage project deliverables in line with project plan.

Qualifications:

• Must be either a Hong Kong permanent resident or a citizen of mainland China
• Degree or above in engineering discipline or equivalent
• At least 8 years solid experience related to project management and/or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent in Cantonese is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project

Compensation and Benefits

• The company provides either accommodation or a monthly housing allowance of HKD 10,000. (For citizen of mainland China only)
• 12-day or more Annual Leave, 18-day Company Holidays, Birthday Leave, Overtime/Standby Allowance if applicable, Discretionary Bonus, Company Activities, and all benefits in accordance with Hong Kong employment regulations.
• Medical insurance for inpatient and outpatient Services, with free insurance for one dependent (i.e., spouse or unmarried child).
