Senior Engineer - Maintenance R&D

Main responsibilities

• Leads Design for maintainability in R&D Projects
• Assess the possibilities of maintainability improve products in field.
• Create maintenance methods and validate in the controlled environment.
• Perform work time study and create suggestion for improvements.
• Innovate new process and tools to ease technician experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an assets.
• Acts as a voice of field personnel in ensuring the maintainability of new products.
• Responsible on creating new tools and implementation of same in to FL

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering - Mechanical / Electrical
• Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Maintenance or Maintenance development stream
• Concepting skills
• Developed knowledge & experience in Maintenance operational method and process development.
• Knowledge on recent remote maintenance techniques
• Maintainability leadership in various technical domain
• Innovation and patenting
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• collaborating with various cross functional teams
• Self-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and can-do attitude.
• Highly focused towards work and achieving goals.
