Main responsibilities
- Leads Design for maintainability in R&D Projects
- Assess the possibilities of maintainability improve products in field.
- Create maintenance methods and validate in the controlled environment.
- Perform work time study and create suggestion for improvements.
- Innovate new process and tools to ease technician experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an assets.
- Acts as a voice of field personnel in ensuring the maintainability of new products.
- Responsible on creating new tools and implementation of same in to FL
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering - Mechanical / Electrical
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Maintenance or Maintenance development stream
- Concepting skills
- Developed knowledge & experience in Maintenance operational method and process development.
- Knowledge on recent remote maintenance techniques
- Maintainability leadership in various technical domain
- Innovation and patenting
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- collaborating with various cross functional teams
- Self-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and can-do attitude.
- Highly focused towards work and achieving goals.
