Associate Lead SW developer

              We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to work on the development of web applications using AngularJS for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coding, problem-solving, and creating seamless user experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in the software development lifecycle, and the ability to manage operational KPIs effectively. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work comfortably in diverse cultural environments.

What will you be doing?

• Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• You will play a critical role in the design, development, and deployment of web applications that deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions
• Support software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on AngularJS and Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience in AWS services like CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateway, Event based architecture
• Strong proficiency in AngularJS (1.x), with a solid understanding of component-based architecture and application design patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js for building scalable web applications.
• Ability to manage and meet operational KPIs and targets across multiple regional sites.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in different regions.
• Hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to addressing operational and technical challenges.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support project implementations and operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and understanding principles like statelessness and resource-based architecture.
• Proficient in using Git for source code management, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• Experience with platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for collaborative development..

·     Experience writing unit tests for frontend components (e.g., using Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha).

• Debugging skills using browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools).

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development (Angular JS + Node JS)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet operational targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
