Assistant Data Management Engineer

Job Description

• Create, maintain (modify, convert, extend, block, delete) and administer data for one or more of the following sources: customers; suppliers; products; material; equipment.
• Ensure the master data creation/change request forms are correctly completed
• Execute the requested data entry or modification received from the Data Specialist and upon approval from the Data Manager.
• Contact the unit data specialist or local front officer for information as and when required.
• Ensure data adheres to the Master Data Management team standards (Appropriate, Adequate and Accurate data) and KONE quality requirements for:
- daily requests received for the creation of new records and the maintenance of existing records in the master database, as per the applicable KONE standard and KONE way processes:
- shared usage of partners at system level (applicable in customer and supplier data management).
• Request duplication management and customer hierarchy management to the Data Specialist – Customer as required (applicable in customer data management).
